Former NBA players are riddled all over the IBB leagues , including former Boston Celtic Kemba Walker , Shane Larkin who had stints with The Dallas Mavericks , New York Knicks , and the Brooklyn Nets. He had a one year stint with Spain ACB leagues power house Baskonia before trying out again for the Boston Celtics where he averaged 4 points per game in 13.7 minutes of play. Shane Larkin went on to China's Super league where he is nearly averaging 30 points per game. If he keeps that up maybe he gets another NBA shot. I am hearing these players are content in certain other countries where the pay is not bad. 
There are many more players that have gifted their talents to Internation play, many Americans, but do not sleep on the players from Lithuania, Spain, France, as you see the phenom Wimba.. has taken the NBA by storm.
