Calibri;Calibri;Cambria Math;Cambria Math; ;; \*Riched20 10.0.22621\* Navigating The Spirit World and Understanding the Multiverse Eastern Asian traditions, Indian traditions, African traditions, and many others believe in reincarnation. How this manifests depends on ones fears and desires. This is true, but this is not a history of their traditions. This reading assumes that reincarnation is real. If so, what would it look like? We will explore the dynamics of the spirit world and how fears, desires, and beliefs shape it. How do ones actions result in being reborn as a plant, animal, insect, human, etc.? These possibilities are infinite, so this is not a complete guide. Consider it an exploration of a concept regarding living, dying, and being reborn. The aforementioned cultures claim that there is an escape from this cycle of death and rebirth. If one can escape, one should ask: who created this very trap we are escaping from and why? Heru the Guru argues that if we are all one life and life has always existed, then death and rebirth may be infinite. This cycle may simply describe the transformation process within the great life. I remember a story told to me about the great Buddha refusing to liberate himself because he didnt want to leave a soul behind. I never fact-checked that story, but it reminded me of the pearly gates of heaven story. There was no need to fact-check the Buddha story because I understood its moral. I wondered: if we are here to learn and help others, then how could we achieve liberation without others? Hoping they learned their lesson while waiting for them in liberated bliss seemed selfish to me. Thats why I never forgot the story. I firmly understood that there are lower and higher forms of existence. How do we measure this to confirm there is a difference? The scales of comfort, pain, and bliss range from the most uncomfortable life to the most comfortable. According to the monks, it is your choice on which plane you exist. You will always exist. Can we truly escape death and rebirth? I question it. The monks also suggest that walking away from desires and expelling all fears is the way. I heard a Hindu guru say, "Just know thyself; nothing else matters but to be happy." I question my understanding of the gurus on both concepts. If I am a spirit learning to cope with my fears and desires without allowing them to sway me, that is not a hard concept to grasp. I understand that wants and fears are the sources of discomfort. However, if I never experience these feelings by walking away from the world in isolation, have I cheated? If I never had sex or been in loveif I never had a complex social relationship that aroused anger and betrayalhave I truly overcome temptation? Monks or any isolated gurus are never tempted by such emotions. A monk has never felt the pain one experiences when a spouse cheats or the sting of lusting after someone only to be shunned. The monk who fled to the mountains away from such temptations has achieved something great, but the man who has endured such feelings and conquered them may have reached a higher standard. Can the monk endure the pain of discovering that his best friend of 20 years has betrayed him? The monk has never experienced it, so can he endure such emotional pain? Who would be closer to enlightenment? The man or woman who had a spouse and endured their unfaithfulness may have wept but caused no harm and moved on with their life. They also had a friend they trusted for over 30 years, only to be betrayed by them. They moved on and harbored no hatred from the experience, believing they had been freed. This person could be the closest to enlightenment. **The Spherical Balance Diagram** This chart essentially illustrates how fears and desires influence actions and inactions, leading to love or harm. Your spiritual resonance is dependent upon this balance. According to the spherical diagram, monks argue that the dead center represents a state where these factors no longer matter. However, I struggle to understand the concept of having no desires. If one has no desires, what would they strive to do? Would they do anything at all? Of course, they would seek food, but lets exclude basic survival needsthings without which one would die. This concept of necessity can be described using a plane graphthe **wants and needs scale**. You can view this as a spectrum between two extremes of death. On one end, death occurs from deprivation, and on the opposite end, desire is so overwhelming that one is willing to kill for it. To better understand this scale, we will start from one extreme and work our way through it in detail. As humans, certain fundamental needs exist at the farthest end of the scalenecessities that, if not met, result in death. It is no coincidence that these essentials correspond with the classical elements of the Earth, which the ancients identified: air, water, fire, and earth. Air is at the most critical end, as the lack of it results in the quickest death. Water deprivation follows closely, causing death shortly after. Earth, in this sense, represents the necessity of soil for crops to grow and a place to livewithout food or shelter, survival becomes impossible. Fire and food, while necessary, begin blending into the category of wants rather than absolute needs. In the middle of this scale lies the blurred transition between needs and wants. Shelter is only a necessity in harsh conditions; otherwise, it becomes a luxury. The simplicity of ones shelter keeps it closer to the need side of the scale, whereas extravagance moves it toward the realm of want. Clothing follows a similar principle, as it primarily functions to protect against the elements but easily shifts into vanity and excess. Understanding this scale is crucial. The term "need" is often misused. Almost everything beyond basic survival is a want in some form, though people frequently convince themselves otherwise. It is natural to desire things that enhance comfort, and there is nothing wrong with thatso long as it is not at the expense of someone elses well-being. However, when desires become too strong, they can drive improper actions and distorted emotions. People may begin to question why their wants are unfulfilled, feel unworthy of blessings, or even believe that the gods are against them. This can lead to a misguided belief that they must take matters into their own hands to satisfy their desires. These wants are fueled by underlying desires, so it is important to ask: *Why do I want this?* Will obtaining it truly satisfy my desire? If the reason for wanting something is genuinely to improve comfort and well-being, then it is likely a balanced desire. For example, purchasing a comfortable chair or bed for better rest is not a necessity, but it undoubtedly enhances life. However, this kind of comfort is not the same as the pleasure derived from indulging in a favorite dessert. It is also distinct from the highs of alcohol or drugs, or even the validation received from social approval and sexual gratification. Though a comfortable life inherently provides good feelings, it differs from the fleeting sensations stimulated by taste, physical pleasure, or external affirmation. Recognizing these differences is essential in the pursuit of fulfillment. It is crucial to distinguish between the pursuit of genuine well-being, temporary pleasure, and external validation. Being aware of these distinctions helps maintain a balanced approach to desires, ensuring that ones actions align with true self-improvement rather than indulgent escapism. This leads from the needs and wants scale to the good and bad scale. What is good and bad? It is described in the Only Law, "The Law of Hurt." The Universal Law of Hurt states that all living creatures seek comfort and naturally avoid pain. It is a fundamental principle because all life strives to prevent harm and preserve its well-being. No living being willingly desires to be hurt or killed. Therefore, it is logical to say, "If I do not want this to happen to me, then I should not do it to another." So, what defines good or bad? Consider hurt and comfort. You are engaging in wrongdoing if you are causing harm to others, whether physically, emotionally, or spiritually. Conversely, you are doing good when you preserve life and contribute to the comfort and well-being of others. This principle applies to all forms of life. The more intentional and destructive your harm, the worse your actions are. Imagine you had a friend who constantly broke your possessionsthough these are just material objects, the repeated harm would eventually become frustrating. Now, consider if that same friend continually hurt your childs feelings; they would not remain a friend for long. Understanding this distinction is crucial when navigating the spirit world and the multiverse. If you take joy in harming others, be cautious. The emotions you experience while inflicting pain signal to the universe that you find pleasure in suffering. In response, the universe will shape your reality accordingly, creating experiences where you become entangled in similar torment. It is as if you are asking the universe a question: "What does it feel like to hurt someone?" The universe, in turn, provides an answerby making you experience firsthand the suffering you inflicted upon others. The universe responds to your actions as inquiries. If you ask the question through harmful deeds, the universe obliges by weaving a reality where you endure the same suffering. If these actions send strong ripples through existence, the universe will act swiftly, manifesting corresponding events in your current life. The painful questions you pose through your actions will bring about experiences that reflect them. The universe may even end your current existence and place you in a spiritual realm designed to prepare you for rebirth. This rebirth will serve as the ultimate answer to the questions you unknowingly asked in your previous life. This brings us to "Types of Life" and the purpose of existenceyour actions determine the kind of life you will experience and the lessons the universe will present to you. **Types of Life** There is infinite life within the Only Life, the All Infinite. With that said, we will discuss a few micro-concepts and hope you can apply those that resonate with you. Your behavior shapes your life now, in the future, in the next existence, and even in the next universe. This cycle may continue indefinitely, as we are part of the All Infinite. Since the life you lead is your choice, it is not difficult to see how your natural actions, guided by fears and desires, shape what happens to you. If you have a purpose, then you are alive. All things are alive, and all life has a purpose. Your actions dictate your purpose, and in some way, they are all interconnected. To illustrate this, we describe some types of life: **Litter Bugs** There is an old saying in the South: "Don't be a litter bug." It means do not litter, as littering can result in fines. But why would anyone throw trash anywhere? There are creatures whose sole purpose is to clean waste and filth. If your actions and behavior reflect trashy habits, then your mind is aligning itself with trash and filth. By behaving in such a way, you are signaling to the universe that you prefer a trash-filled environment, which could lead to a rebirth as a lower existence creature that thrives in filthsuch as flies, roaches, or bottom feeders. These behaviors mirror or inversely correlate with the purpose of certain life forms. **Prey** There are many forms of prey. Life sustains itself by consuming other life. Are all living beings prey in some way? Those who live in fear, impose fear on others, or dominate through fear may align themselves with prey-like existence. **Flies** Flies are symbolic of those who invade others' property, affairs, and lives without contributing anything meaningful. They always seem to arrive when something beneficial is happening, as if they sense opportunities for personal gain. They attend gatherings, consume the most food and drink, and disappear when responsibility arises. Flies are prey to many higher life forms. Living like a flyfeeding off others without contributingdoes not lead to a higher existence. The connection between types of life and rebirth can be linked to karma. What goes around comes around. If all life is one, then is it merely training its own spirits within? A being in existence may claim not to know and thus act in ways that spark its curiosity. The One Great Life may ask: "My child, why would you hurt your brother? When you hurt others, you hurt yourself, for you and your brothers and sisters are the same." Yet, few believe this anymore, and so we harm each other, breaking the natural laws of preservation. **Types of Life** There is infinite life within the Only Life, the All Infinite. Living like a flyfeeding off others without contributingdoes not lead to a higher existence. **Life Preservation** In the natural order of life, most creatures do not kill unless it is necessary for self-preservationeither to eat or to defend themselves. It takes life to sustain life, making all creatures prey in some way. This leads to behaviors that may influence one's rebirth. **The Hunter** The thrill of hunting and the rush from killing an animal can have serious consequences for the universe you are shaping. A hunter who finds excitement in the kill is, in essence, calling out to the universe, "What does it feel like to be hunted?" Overindulgence in such sport may align ones next life with that of preyperhaps even the very animal they once hunted. This is not karma as punishment, but rather the fulfillment of a desire to know. The best way to understand something is to experience it firsthand. The more one indulges in certain behaviors, the faster the universe may respond. If it is death one seeks, the universe will provide a way to experience it. For example, witnessing anothers death through violence is one perspective, but experiencing death firsthand is another level of understanding. The universe acts in accordance with ones actionssometimes quickly and decisively, other times subtly and gradually. Regardless, you are the architect of your reality. In the film *The Woman King*, a young warrior was asked why she joined the elite female warriors. She replied, "I would rather be the hunter than someones prey." **Longevity** Everyone strives for a long and healthy life. It is ingrained in the fundamental law of preservation. The Law of Hurt, the Needs and Wants Scale, and the Spherical Diagram all apply. However, is there such a thing as an excessive desire to live? There are dark conspiracies suggesting a hidden market for human organs, where the wealthy, desperate to extend their lives, are suspected of fueling the trade. This is an extreme example of an over-desire to livewhere the fear of death leads to actions that harm others. But there are more subtle, innocent examples. There is a distinction between the desire to live and the fear of dying. While they may appear similar, their driving forces differ. A fear-driven response to extending life can manifest as thanatophobia, or death anxiety. Similarly, germophobiaalso known as mysophobia, verminophobia, or bacillophobiamay be linked to obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) but can also be seen in otherwise healthy individuals. The fly mirrors these behaviors. It is drawn to filth yet constantly cleans itself. Ironically, despite its fixation on cleanliness, the fly has one of the shortest lifespans. The universe, in its wisdom, ensures that flies do not live for a hundred yearswho would want to exist as a fly for a century? No thanks! The desire to extend life can also be fueled by wealth, fame, and accolades. This falls into the category of an over-desire to live rather than an excessive fear of death. The feeling of having the money to do whatever one wants, whenever one wants, comes with a price. Such control breeds addiction and dependency, and the power that money wields over others plays a significant role. The longer one indulges in these comforts, the harder it becomes to let go. All life seeks comfort, but at what cost to others? The desire to maintain these comforts may grow stronger than the actual fear of death. In many cases, people with power and wealth become so consumed by their desires that they turn what was once a fear into a willingness to kill, driven solely by their relentless desire to live. **Longevity** There are creatures in the world that possess the very traits many humans seeklongevity. The Greenland shark, for instance, can live between 200 and 300 years. If all consciousness is energy that animates life, then why couldnt one be reborn as a shark? Some gurus argue that we will all live through countless existences in various forms throughout the universe. If the One Great Life has experienced all forms of existence, then life itself is proof of this cycle. Life always was and always will be. The energy within life cannot be created or destroyed. It simply transforms. This principle is evident in the natural world, where some organisms have achieved remarkable lifespans. **Greenland Sharks** Greenland sharks are the longest-living vertebrates known to science. Some individuals have been recorded at over 400 years old, with estimates suggesting they could live beyond 500 years. Scientists believe that the cold waters of the North Atlantic and Arctic Oceans slow their metabolic processes, extending their lifespans. Remarkably, female Greenland sharks are thought to reach reproductive maturity only after 156 years of life. However, despite their longevity, the comforts of human life cannot be compared to that of a Greenland shark. There is no lounging on a soft couch or enjoying a leisurely meal. The universe may grant such a long existence, but at the cost of experiencing life from a very different perspective. **Glass Sponges: The Oldest Living Animals** Glass sponges are believed to be among the oldest animals on Earth. Scientists estimate that some can live for over 10,000 years, with a maximum lifespan possibly reaching 15,000 years. In the Ross Sea, a bay of Antarctica, researchers discovered a glass sponge thought to be the oldest living animal on the planet. Additionally, a skeleton of a glass sponge found in the East China Sea suggests it lived for 11,000 years. These creatures have existed since the last ice age, their long lives a testament to the patience of the universe. Though often mistaken for rocks or plants, glass sponges are members of the animal kingdom. They remain anchored to hard surfaces, filtering water to consume bacteria and plankton. Their skeletal structures provide habitats for other marine creatures, demonstrating a unique balance between longevity and purpose. (Source: \*HYPERLINK https://www.ifaw.org/journal/animals-longest-lifespans https://www.ifaw.org/journal/animals-longest-lifespans) **Biological Immortality** Some species exhibit a rare trait known as biological immortality, meaning their cells regenerate indefinitely, preventing biological aging. However, these creatures are not truly immortal, as they are still vulnerable to predation, disease, and environmental changes. One example is the aptly named immortal jellyfish (*Turritopsis dohrnii*), which can revert to its juvenile stage under stress, essentially resetting its life cycle. Lobsters, too, exhibit biological immortality, but they continue growing throughout their lives. Eventually, they outgrow their shells, leading to death from exhaustion or shell collapse. While these animals cannot live forever, some can survive for centuries or even millennia. Those who wish for extreme longevity should consider the possibility that they may receive exactly what they ask for. The universe does not judgeit simply responds. If ones actions align with higher forms of existence, then the next life may be elevated. If not, the pursuit of longevity may lead to a fate less desirable than expected. **The Wisdom of Whales and Tortoises** Whales and turtles are revered in many cultures as symbols of wisdom and endurance, often living for over two or three centuries. The Aldabra giant tortoise, native to the Seychelles, is one of the longest-living land animals, often reaching 150 years or more. One individual, named Adwaita, lived in captivity in India and was estimated to be 250 years old before passing in 2006. These long-lived creatures serve as a reminder: the quest for longevity should be pursued with wisdom. To seek a long life without purpose or higher intent may lead to unintended consequences. Instead, one should strive to balance longevity with spiritual elevation, ensuring that each extended existence serves a meaningful role in the grand cycle of life. **Another Aldabra Giant Tortoise** Jonathan, an Aldabra giant tortoise, is estimated to be around 191 years old, making him one of the oldest known land animals alive today. Currently, he is cared for by a veterinarian on the island of Saint Helena. **Bowhead Whales** Though bowhead whales are not endangered today, their populations have been historically depleted by commercial hunting. They still face threats such as entanglement in fishing gear and the melting of sea ice, which is leading to increased shipping activity in the Arctic. These majestic creatures are protected under CITES, the U.S. Endangered Species Act, and the U.S. Marine Mammal Protection Act. **The Almighty Tree** Trees are among the longest-living creatures on Earth. My first novel depicted a rainforest coming alive, where tree roots became deadly entities. According to the BBC, under the boughs of a 300-year-old sweet chestnut tree in the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew, Tony Kirkham, head of the arboretum, confirms that trees are capable of outliving animals. Arborists determine a trees age using an increment borer, a drill that allows them to extract a core sample and count its rings without causing fatal damage. However, back in the 1960s, a scientists drill broke off inside a bristlecone pine tree he was sampling. A forester, attempting to retrieve the lost instrument, cut down the treeonly to discover that it was over 5,000 years old. In many cultures, trees are considered wise beings with deep folklore attached to them. One of my favorite depictions of a sentient tree is in *The Lord of the Rings*, where the ancient and powerful Ents come to life. Trees are often seen as higher life forms, embodying longevity and wisdom. However, if an individual has lived a life of secrecy, manipulation, or selfish gain, their rebirth as a tree may reflect the nature of their past deeds. The environment in which a tree grows may align with the spirits karmic spectrum, determining whether its existence is peaceful or harsh. For those who seek to live forever, I offer a warning: the Supreme Life could never allow a single being to remain unchanged and immortal, for such a being would become the Supreme itself. --- **Fear** Many attempts have been made to understand and measure fear, but at its core, all life seems to be pre-programmed with a degree of fear as a mechanism for self-preservation. Fear and desire are intrinsically linkedyour desire to live fuels your fear of death. Most, if not all, lies are rooted in fear. To be truthful, to be "100," is to be real. The truth is the only thing that is truly real. Everything that is false does not exist in reality. Therefore, my friends, be real and speak the truth. Fear-driven lives lead to interesting "life form types," with variations that exist along the spherical diagram and the needs-and-wants scale. Your actions ripple through the universe, resulting in either love or hate in their effects on other life forms. Fear manifests in many wayscowardly fear, sneaky fear, tormenting fearall of which shape the path of the souls rebirth. Some individuals accumulate fear to the point that they feel compelled to take a life out of desperation. They may not have the courage to commit violence themselves, but they stir up conflict, hoping someone else will eliminate their perceived threat. Tormenting fear is embodied by bulliesthose who impose fear on others for their own satisfaction, whether for power, ego, or control. These differences guide the spirit toward a type of existence that aligns with the world they create through their actions. Consider the cockroach: it thrives in darkness, emerging only to scatter in fear when light exposes it. It darts for safety under the stove, blind to the world above, never knowing if it will be crushed by an unseen foot. Or perhaps it does know? Does its overwhelming desire to survive lead it to safety before being stomped? Now imagine a person who lives in filth, who is a bully with a fear-ridden heart. Such an individual mirrors the scummiest conditionsvermin, rats, and roaches all thrive in filth and fear. Their existence is shaped by the universe they have told themselves they belong to. The life you live now is your choice, but it echoes through existence, guiding your rebirth into a life that reflects the energy you have given to the universe. After reading the Egyptian Book of the Dead and the Tibetan Book of the Dead, I was struck by how two vastly different cultures describe remarkably similar experiences of death. Yet, their interpretations are distinctly unique. The Tibetan concept of Samsara, or the Wheel of Life, portrays birth and rebirth as an endless cycle to be broken. At the moment of death, they describe encountering "The Great White Light," a manifestation of the supreme source. To recognize this light is to achieve liberation from the cycle of death and rebirth. However, if one clings to the belief in their physical existence, they will shy away from the light. In this state, the self-illuminating mind begins to project its own reality, shaped by past behaviors, desires, and fears. If the spirit fails to realize its true naturedivorced from physical attachmentsthose memories and emotions gain power, molding the afterlife experience. Both texts serve as guides for navigating the afterlife, and both warn of the consequences of unworthiness: being devoured or annihilated. They also speak of confronting divine beings or deities. However, the Egyptian Book of the Dead introduces a stark difference: the possibility of the souls annihilation. In contrast, Tibetan teachings emphasize liberation as an ever-present possibility. To avoid annihilation or achieve liberation, one must face terrifying manifestations and overcome fear. The parallels and divergences between these two texts raise profound questions: Is one tradition correct and the other mistaken? Are both wrong? Or could the truth lie somewhere in between? I believe the answer is more nuanced, and I hold another piece to this enigmatic puzzle of death, rebirth, and the nature of existence. There is ample evidence of an afterlife and the cycle of death and rebirth, but little proof of liberation. Could even monks, who strive for enlightenment, be trapped by their ultimate desire for liberation? Nirvana or heaven may simply be another form of desire. I cannot recall a single story of a liberated being returning to Earth to guide others through the cycle of rebirth. If such stories exist, they are exceedingly rare. Perhaps liberation is an ongoing, ever-changing process, keeping us in a perpetual state of transformation. This suggests that the cycle of death and rebirth may continue for eternityor at least for a time so vast it feels infinite. Who can truly say? The Almighty alone decides when to draw all things back into itselfif it hasnt already. I once likened the Big Bang to the heartbeat of a great being. The expansion of the universe represents lifes experiences, while its contraction symbolizes reflection. Each heartbeat marks the birth and death of a universe, a cycle within a cycle. Yet, this great being is fractal and infinite, existing within even greater beings. If this is so, how can there be liberation? This is proof, to me, that the Almighty exists and that life has always existed in some formwhether kinetic or potential, tangible or intangible. The Supreme has always been. The idea of liberation is comforting, but perhaps there is no escape. Who created this trap, and why? If we are part of the Oneness, how did we become separated? Did the Supreme forget itself and fall into the illusion of physicality? It doesnt make sense. I used to imagine us as light beings floating in a vast black oceanspace. In this metaphor, planets and stars were like microscopic plankton drifting in a cosmic sea. Our solar system, and indeed our galaxy, lay deep within this ocean. Earth was akin to a coral reef, teeming with life, but perhaps not as we perceive it. In this ocean, there are beings that study life and others that feed on the "plankton" of space. I envisioned us as fireflies, glowing faintly in the darkness. Then, eons ago, a being cast a galactic net, capturing us and forcing us into biological bodies to experience emotions. These emotions generate energy, which these beings feed upon. If there is an escape from Samsara, the cycle of birth and rebirth, I believe it must be a forceful one. What if the initial Great Light is the trap itself? Some suggest that the light is an energy net, designed to ensnare souls. I often compared it to insects drawn to a flame at night. When we die and are released from our bodies, we float back into the darkness of space. Unaccustomed to the void, we seek the light out of fear, only to be caught again in the net of rebirth. This concept mirrors the idea of living in a true matrix. Imagine that our spirits are the default form of lifemicroscopic twinkles of light drifting freely through space. Darkness is our natural state. Yet, there are macro beings, vast in scale, who cast galactic nets to capture spirits like ours. Trapped, we believe in the illusions of birth and death. I once concluded that the Almighty contains life within itselfportions of its essence sent to "learning schools" to ascend and grow. But this raised a question: If the Supreme already knows all, why would it need to send parts of itself to learn? I reconciled this by realizing that for the Supreme to truly know all, it must experience all. We are living these existences so that the Supreme can fulfill its nature. This led me to wonder: Has everything already happened? They say there is nothing new under the sun, and what goes around comes around. Even scientists argue that time may occur all at onceor that time itself is an illusion. "Wait, Time Doesnt Exist?" "Wait, time doesnt exist? I beg to differ. The fact that we are is proof of time. I consider myself time; the Supreme One is time. Time cannot be separated from existence, yet we all experience it differently. I thought back to my physics class, where speed equals distance divided by time (s = d/t). For the sake of argument, I wondered: What if I divided both sides by speed? That would give me s/s = d/t/s. I know my math professor would cringe, but I was always told I could do anything to an equation as long as I did it to both sides. Maybe my algebra is rusty, but this would simplify to 1 = d/t/s. My point is this: If you remove any of these variablesdistance, time, or speedthe equation breaks down. This thought experiment made me confident that time, movement, and distance have always existed, perhaps as infinite quantities. The Almighty Supreme Life has always existed in some form or another, which might explain why mathematics continues to uncover greater infinities. Life within life within life, always changing, always vibrating... Im not so sure there is liberation, but rather an endless transition from one life to the next. Can we truly say we can break this process? Another theory crossed my mind: What if the Supreme Being is splitting itself into two entities? Through this process, all lives must be lived so that the newly duplicated Supreme can know everything the original Supreme already knows. This would explain why there is 'nothing new under the sun.' If this is true, it could also explain why ancient Egypt conceived of the Great God and the Great Goddess emerging from the Supreme. Ive often pondered the question: Why does God allow killing and suffering? My answer is that its so the Supreme can experience all forms of suffering. Death is an illusionmerely an experienceand rebirth is an illusion, too, just a transition to the next experience. We are the All, experiencing everything that exists. Enjoy your life; you decide its shape. It is truly infinite. Evil and destruction can be seen as a sickness within the great body of the Almighty. The Almighty has the ultimate immune system, and war and peace reflect this concept on a micro level. The gods operate on a macro level, while humans exist in between. This intermediary role is why most cultures have worshipped multiple gods. When you become sick, theres usually a gradual decline. You feel worse and worse until you reach the peak of your illness. At that point, your immune systemhopefully already activatedbegins to clear out the sickness. Gradually, you feel better until youre healed. We are One. One should not hurt itself. So why does hurt exist in the first place? Most cultures imagine their gods as omnipresent and omniscient. If this is trueas I suspect it isthe only way to wrap our small minds around this concept is to imagine ourselves as the Supreme Being. This is nearly unimaginable, but if we could, what would we do? Youve done it all, so what would you do? Would you repeat your favorite things? Does the Supreme even have favorites? How would the Supreme know death if it cannot be killed? Is being killed even real? It seems so in our physical reality. Therefore, we are the Supreme, understanding death every dayand even being the killer. The process of one life form killing another is simply the All knowing what it means to die and kill as that life form. Whether prey, predator, or a human on a war rampage, it can all be described as part of the sickness and healing process. Peace is realized once the sickness is cleared. So how bad is death, really, if you choose it? The next time someone says, 'If God were real, He wouldnt allow all this death and destruction,' tell them this: God is all-knowing through us. We must experience death to understand it. Why are you afraid? Youve forgotten who you are. We are the Supreme. Live your life and fulfill your purpose. It seems there is a purpose for evil, as weve described. The only true evil is hurting your brethren. Can there be total peace? I can imagine total peace, total chaos, and everything in between. In fact, it may have already happened and will happen again. In an infinite existence, would the same things repeat? Or would they always be different? Think of a vast painting. Its the same painting, yet different in some areas. Perhaps every point in the painting is slightly unique, but its still one painting. If this painting were infinitely large, wed be stuck in it. Its all different, yet all the same. The proof of the Supremes infinite existence lies in these very paradoxes. If a single being like me or you could describe the infinite, it wouldnt be infinite. I believe it takes all minds to describe the Supreme Lifewhatever 'all minds' truly means." "Minds and Thought" When I ask people, "What are you thinking about?" and they reply, "Nothing," I know theyre telling a white lie. The brain is always thinking. The mind is always interacting, and while some thoughts are light, even the most seasoned meditator has images they choose not to react to. They let these thoughts pass until their mind is clearor at least as clear as it can be. Perhaps after reaching a deep meditative state, one can clear their mind entirely. But I doubt it, because then wed be talking about nothing. And I truly cannot describe this nothingness. No thoughtsis that nothing? Maybe, as far as thinking is concerned. So unless someone is meditating, theyre probably choosing not to share their thoughts. Most people would be ashamed to reveal whats truly on their minds. We live in a society that believes all our thoughts are our own. But Ill tell you this: Most of your thoughts arent even your own ideas. This suggests that liberation and the cycle of the Wheel of Life are traps. These traps are created by actors in other realms who implant thoughts, and we decide to act on them. We even engage our souls in believing these thoughts, which compels us to act. Beware, my friendsthese are actors in other realms whispering suggestions to you. Do not listen. If you do, understand what you truly want, not what the thought claims. These thoughts are here to prevent liberation, to keep us trapped in the Wheel of Life. So how can they be our thoughts if they seem to work against us? They often try to trick us, break our streaks, make us angry, or lead us to believe in false love. Think about the sober person whos been on a long streak. Id bet the house that theyve had thoughts urging them to take a sip or another hit. Its an ongoing battle for anyone fighting addiction. One powerful exercise is to counter your thoughts with arguments. If its about anger, ask yourself why you shouldnt be angry. If someones words or actions make you mad, theyve gained control over your emotions. Unless theyre trying to harm you and you must defend yourself, nothing they do or say should anger you. If its about love and happiness, remember not to ruffle your own feathers or toot your own horn. These positive emotions can also be illusions. We must understand that words act like batteriesthey have a positive, negative, and neutral charge. The mind interprets a thought, decides how it feels, and communicates those feelings through words. Those words are sound waves carrying information from the spirit and the minds intent. They have a charge, but the listener decides how to respond. If the listener grounds the sound wave, theyll be affected by those words and feel compelled to respond, often with anger. Unless, of course, youve mastered this technique. If youre a master, youll decide how to respond, not the speaker. If you always ask yourself, "Why should I?" youll often find that random thoughts were about to start a situation. So remain silent, because we often speak without realizing we dont even believe what were saying. By then, its too lateyouve already hammered someone. I realized this when my troubled daughter, who passed away some years ago, claimed she was dealing with supernatural situations. I noticed she would do things that seemed designed to agitate me. These supernatural entities hoped to provoke an argument. One day, she did something I knew she couldnt possibly know I hated. I thought about it and asked myself, "Why the hell do I hate this?" I laughed because there was no reason to hate such a trivial thing. Then I began to recall other situations and became convinced my daughter couldnt discern her thoughts from these entities. I realized a trick was being played and that no one should have pet peeves or preconceived dislikes. These vulnerabilities lead to unhappiness because they create things you "dont like." If you cant describe three reasons why you hate something, your dislike is unsubstantiated. If you can and none involve harm, you can change your mind and learn to love it. Its your choiceyou dont have to hate or dislike anything. Happiness = Like, Love, Bravery Unhappiness = Dislike, Hate, Fear The choice is yours. The more you claim to dislike something, the more you invite unhappiness. Dislikes only hurt; everything else deserves to be liked or loved. Ive always been fascinated by computers and the concept of ones and zeros. How can information be stored in such a simple binary form? It reminded me of the creation story of Kemet (ancient Egypt). The authors of the Egyptian Book of the Dead speak of the Supreme Being splitting itself into two gods: the great god Amen and the great goddess Amennet. The Supreme divided itself into masculine and feminine energies to give birth to the universe. This made me think of the Big Bang theory and the concept of nothingness. Can something come from nothing? Scientists tried to replicate nothingness in an experiment with a glass tube. They attempted to remove all contents from the tube, theoretically leaving nothing inside. But they failed. Even though they seemingly cleared everything out, something remainedsomething their instruments couldnt detect. Suddenly, micro-explosions of unimaginable power sparked randomly inside the tube. They couldnt explain it. This experiment proved to me that there is no such thing as nothing. There is always something. This brings me back to computers and the ones and zeros concept. Ive always believed that to count anything, there must first be one to count. That "one" is the Supreme. In my trigonometry class, my teacher focused on the unit circlea circle divided into 360 degrees, with coordinates plotted using sine and cosine. I think of it like a spherical diagram or a pizza divided into slices. We can count many humans within the one human race. Perhaps the 0 and 1 concept of computers describes the Supremethe "nothingness" and the "one" emerging from it. After all, computers, robots, airplanes, and technology in general are our attempts to mimic nature. Now, with this "one" concept, I think of fractions. As the denominator approaches the numerator, the fraction approaches one. For example, 12/12 = 1, 100/100 = 1, and so on. Picture a fraction: (?/x), where x = your life, your experiences, your spirit. Its your memories, karma, and the questions youve asked the universe. This variable x is all you, rising or falling in value. Its one of the fundamental rules of calculusthe limit process. As x approaches infinity, it gets closer and closer but never reaches that infinite mark. I consider this the "God Equation," though there are more variables to include. Thats for another work. For now, Ill say this: It describes the gods within the Supreme, and the Supreme itself remains unknowable in description. "Technology" Technologya controversial word, but at its core, it simply means a tool. Humans, and creatures in general, create tools to make life more comfortable. It follows the rule of life preservation: all life seeks comfort. Your actions and desires shape these technological tools, which in turn shape your universe and world. In One Multiverse In one possible future, a company called Neuro Print created a device known as the Neuro Scanner. This groundbreaking tool could scan a persons spirit. Science had long understood that the brain and its electromagnetic activity were activated by the spirit, leaving a permanent mark or frequency. This frequency became the most solid form of identificationa true fingerprint of the soul. It was a leap into the future, approximately 120 years ahead of its time. In this timeline, a family had their child taken away by the Galactic Police and sentenced to a second life sentence. The childs spirit was traced using the Neuro Scanner, a device that detected the energy signatures of wanted spirits. Every soul was now trackable. If someone was given a second or third life sentence after the invention of this deviceby which time nearly 97% of humans had their spirits cataloged and stored in a databasethe Galactic Federation would be waiting for them upon rebirth. The Galactic Federation erected massive scanning towers that emitted silent waves to detect spiritual energy moving across the globe. This telemetry was fed into a quantum computer, creating a live map of every souls movements. If a newborn babys spiritual signal matched one stored in the database, it would be detected by the age of five, when the spirits resonance became strong enough to identify. This multiverse painted a dark future for humanity. Neuro Print eventually merged with another tech giant, Terraform Inc., and together they began enslaving spirits for their space colonization efforts. While this alternate path for humanity came with perkslike colonizing the moons of Uranus and Neptuneit also brought unforeseen consequences. The mining colony on Mars learned this the hard way. After terraforming conditions were established, red monsters hatched from the planets crust. Terraform Inc. learned a harsh lesson in planetary science: most planets contain what they called "life eggs." When conditions become just rightGoldilocks conditionsthese eggs hatch, releasing unexpected life forms. These new creatures were even more unpredictable, and the cycle continued. Magic vs. Technology I remember an old cartoon that depicted a war between magic and technology. But what is magic? Is it the very subject were discussing now, just on a grander scale? Is there really any difference between magic and technology? Perhaps not. Magic seems to be mind over matter, while technology is the mastery of matter. Yet, scientists now claim to have discovered entities interacting outside spacetime, suggesting that magic and technology are merging once again. How can we not consider this possibility? Science is heading toward a future where humans merge with computers. Researchers aim to download the neural network of the human brain onto a hard drive. In theory, you could upload yourself into a digital world and experience something akin to your favorite video game. But I firmly believe that in this lifetime, technology will never reach such heights. Still, I consider the infinite, so its possible that downloading your spirit could one day become reality. Whether it happens in this timeline remains to be seen. Scientists boast of attempting this feat, but if they succeed, what would it mean? The Digital World First and foremost, storage space and code would rule this digital world. Anyone or anything capable of manipulating the code or storage space would be considered a god within this universe. The code would determine how death is handledif death even exists. Perhaps the erasure or corruption of your file would constitute digital death. Even if the code and storage space remain unchanged, wed still need to understand how the code handles actions, requests, and rules. I once spoke to a man on social media who said hed willingly upload himself into a digital world. I strongly advised him to fully understand the code before doing so. How would it handle injury and other stimuli? Would it mimic real death? If so, how? Would it be an illusion, since youre no longer physical? Would the code simply tell you that youre hurt, much like your body sends electrical signals through nerves to the brain? These questions remain unanswered, making the concept of a digital world as speculative as the afterlife. Death in the Digital World Im particularly curious about the death process in such a world. Could it be programmed based on religious beliefs, offering a digital heaven or hell? How would the programmers design such an experience? God only knows. But I wonder: If I jumped off a skyscraper in this digital world to commit suicide, what would happen? Would it hurt when I hit the ground? Would the program mimic my body splattering on the street? Could overexcitement in this digital world corrupt my file? In the computer world, a corrupted file is disastrous, requiring serious recovery techniqueswould this be akin to surgery in the digital realm? The questions are endless, and each one leads to more. The Quest for Immortality Theres a growing sector of people seeking to merge technology and biology in their quest for immortality. But beware, my friends: the pursuit of longevity comes with risks. Scientists have discovered a few creatures that are considered immortal. While theyre not truly eternal, they can regenerate indefinitely as long as conditions remain favorable. Imagine being born as a jellyfish, floating in a cold ocean for as long as the planet exists. Its a frightening thought. "What is this Death?" For some reason, I believe a concept of death was revealed to me, and I will do my best to describe this abstract idea. Imagine spacetime as its often depicted in those little demonstrations of gravitywhere a massive object causes spacetime to bend, warp, or sink. This is the classic visualization of how mass influences the fabric of the universe. Now, picture this concept on an infinite scale, with spacetime stretching in all directions around you. Your spirit, like a point in this vast expanse, creates subtle indentations in spacetime as it moves. You travel through this spacetime as a particle, a vector, a scalar, or even as waves. Your spirits movement can be charted, much like how scientists track the population patterns of species. In this grand scheme, humans are also being tracked and studied by beings with advanced instruments. The Spherical Diagram: Charting Your Point in Spacetime ***chart Visual: A spherical diagram showing a spirits position in spacetime, with subtle indentations representing its influence on the fabric of reality. To truly grasp this concept, imagine yourself as a single point in spacetime. You move through it based on your actions. For now, picture yourself as the only entity in this spacetime, experiencing life as you travel forward. But within this spacetime, there are small rupturesmicroscopic holes that create whirlpool-like effects. Think of a boat at sea: if it gets too close to a whirlpool, its pulled in, reaching a point of no return. Death is imminent for that boat once it crosses that threshold. This is similar to the concept of a black hole, where gravity is so strong that escape becomes impossible once you pass the event horizon. In this spacetime, these pockets of death appear seemingly at random, triggered by specific actions or inactions. If your spirit ventures too close to one of these ruptures, it will be sucked in. For example, imagine you provoke someone into a heated argument, pushing them to the point where they decide to retaliate violently. Unaware of the consequences, youve set off a ripple that creates a whirlpool of death. Only an act of mercy or intervention can save you from being consumed by it. Avoiding Pockets of Death and Destruction **** spacetimechart****** Visual: A spacetime chart with whirlpool-like pockets representing areas of danger, death, and destruction, overlaid with paths of safe movement. This phenomenon isnt limited to death; it can also manifest as pain and suffering. Consider the life of a common illegal drug dealer. For years, they operate freely, avoiding the law. But one day, they grow careless. Instead of conducting business discreetly inside their home, they make a quick sale on their front porch. This small deviation from their usual routine catches the attention of a neighbor or a passing police officer. Though no immediate action is taken, the seed of suspicion is planted. A whirlpool of trouble begins to form, and six months later, their home is raided. This whirlpool of suffering was born from a single improper action. In the same way, death can be caused by actions that create these pockets of destruction. The intensity and speed of these whirlpools depend on the severity of the actions that trigger them. The Balance of Needs and Wants ***** chart***** Visual: A scale or graph depicting the balance between needs and wants, with actions and consequences plotted along an axis. The Illusion of Control We have minimal control over birth and even less over death. Science describes birth as the fertilization of an egg by a sperm, leading to the growth of a human. But I argue that since millions of sperm fail and not all attempts to conceive succeed, there must be a higher power at play. Children are often born unexpectedly, and many couples who desperately want children cannot conceive. This points to a higher power making the final decision. If we had true control over birth, we would have children exactly when we want them. Instead, they come too soon, too late, or not at all. Similarly, we have little control over death. While we can choose to kill, we often fail, and we certainly cannot extend our lives indefinitely to enjoy our riches. So, what true power or understanding do we have over death and birth? Very little. We seem to know far more about life than about what comes before or after. Perhaps this is because life is visible and tangible, while the before and after remain shrouded in mystery. This is where we must turn inward, exploring the mind and spirit. The Third Book of the Dead There are already two Books of the Deadthe Egyptian and the Tibetanand I consider this exploration a third. This third book focuses on life in the present and how our actions now can influence our death and rebirth. If liberation is possible, its too late to seek it at the moment of death. While monks claim there are stages in the afterlife that offer another chance at liberation, I find this impractical. Once a spirit has lived a life that warrants rebirth, it makes a request to the universe. At that point, its unlikely the spirit will suddenly realize liberation. The purpose of this book is to help people change their actions, conquer their fears, and let go of desires in the present life. By doing so, they can approach death with the knowledge and beliefs outlined in these Books of the Dead. Ideally, at the moment of death, the spirit will understand this wisdom and make its own choice. It wont fear the light or the darkness. But we must ask: Is the light a trap? Should we flee into the darkness? If weve conquered our fears, neither should frighten us. Can we, as spirits, go wherever we wish, or are we bound by the Almightys decisions? The Bait and Trap The monks describe the afterlife as a dream state where you encounter both pleasant and horrific visions based on your fears and desires. This sounds eerily similar to the concept of a galactic net designed to capture light beings. The net is programmed with holographic visionsfirst enticing, then terrifyingcreating a bait-and-trap scenario. But why does our mind create these illusions? Is it an entity with a galactic net? Is it God, guiding us through a spiritual learning school? Or is it entirely our mind, lost in its own illusions? Many lifestyles reflect this bait-and-trap dynamic. The universe creates realities for those who seek answers through their actions. Your mind asks questions, and your actions beg the universe for answers. The intensity of the response depends on you. Consider party animals, sex addicts, attention seekers, and thrill seekerstheir intense emotional actions often lead to equally intense consequences. "The Party Animal" Back in my wilder days, I was the king of the club scene. Id dance until my feet ached and laugh until my sides hurtbut now, looking back, I realize I was chasing something I didnt even understand. Some nights, it felt like I never wanted the night to end. But knowing what I know now, I would never wish for such a thing. As a youth, I was limited in my understanding. There is always time for rest, even from the most exhilarating enjoyment. Those who live as party animals and continue down that path are asking the universe to teach them the full spectrum of life. To truly understand something, you must experience both sides of the cointhe good and the bad. But what is good, and what is bad? Weve already described this in the Law of Hurt: life seeks comfort, and your spirit world will reflect both the joys and the consequences of your actions. The Afterlife Party Upon death, if your preference is to keep partying, you might find yourself drawn to the lightwhat I call "The Trap."I call the light The Trap, but honestly, Im still not sure if Im right. Sometimes I wonder if Im just afraid of what I dont understand. Or perhaps youll fear the light and miss out on liberation altogether. Is the light a trap? Or is it just my fear talking? I cant help but wonder if Im running from the very thing that could set me free. Imagine fleeing the light, running until youre out of breath. Relieved, you feel like youve outrun your pursuer. As you catch your breath, you notice an after-hours pub. The dim lights feel inviting, and it seems like your kind of place. You enter and instantly start having fun. The fear you felt moments ago vanishes, as if it never happened. The bright light was too overwhelming, but the dim glow of the club feels just right. Strangely, you seem to know everyone inside, though you dont stop to question how thats possible. The girls are smiling at you, and your confidence soars. You know you could have any one of them, but youre in no rush. Whats the hurry? Youve got all night. Then, a thought creeps into your mind: This night is too good to end. Maybe its because, deep down, you know youre dead, and that bright light might still be waiting for you outside. You start to wonder: What club is this? Who did I come with? How am I getting home? Panic begins to set in. You spill your drink on someones foot, and the music pauses briefly. The guy is pissed, and the once-friendly faces around you turn mean. The music shifts to the loud, grating sound of punk rock, blaring louder and louder until it gives you a headache. You look for the door, but the crowd is too dense to squeeze through. Trapped in a sea of people, you finally break free only to find yourself in a dead end. Youve never been to this club before, and now youre lost, panicking. Suddenly, you feel an urgent need to use the restroom. You search frantically but cant find onemale or female. In your desperation, you piss and shit on yourself. The clubgoers, who were once nice and then mean, now run from you in disgust, holding their noses and laughing. You realize how badly you stink, and even you grimace at the smell. Thrown out of the club, you find yourself soaked in filthpiss, shit, and alcohol. Youre now among the bums on the dark streets of the afterlife, lying in filth and exhaustion. You pass out into a deep sleep and wake up as your new life. The Lesson of the Spirit Realm If you crumble in the spirit realmsuccumbing to fear and despairyoure telling the universe you submit, and youre ready for the answer it has prepared. Alternatively, you can persevere and face the spirit realm with dignity, showing the universe you truly understand the concept. At that point, you may achieve liberation. If liberation isnt possibleand I tend to believe it isntyou may instead gain the ability to command the universe. Youre essentially turning off autopilot and taking control of the cockpit of your soul, traversing wherever you choose. You become whatever you want to be, guided by the questions your mind asks. The Sex Feen Without getting too graphic, as adults, we often view sex as a fun activity building up to a climax. Afterward, theres a rebuilding process, and any activity before that point can feel hypersensitive. This sensitivity can become unbearable, even torturous, if prolonged. As a young man, achieving even a little intimacy felt like a great accomplishment. But if you improperly pursue this desire throughout your life, your spirit world will reflect it. Imagine experiencing the most incredible pleasure imaginableonly for it to turn dark. Youre satisfied and happy, ready to move on. You think youre about to get up and put on your pants, but just as youre about to say, Thanks, miss, she shoves you back into the chair with sudden force. It hurts, but you barely have time to process the pain because the chair comes alive. Straps, moving on their own, bind your hands and legs tightly. Youre trapped. Youve already had your climax, so youre done. But shes not. And there are more womena long line of them, frantically waiting their turn. Its like a free lunch line, and these women havent eaten in days. They take turns, sucking the skin off your body until its numb and bloody. Your mind tricks you into believing its real. You scream in pain and terror, begging them to stop, but they wont. The line seems endless, and they continue until theres nothing left. You pass out from the agony and wake up to your new life. Youve submitted, crumbling under the weight of the questions you sought to answer. The Attention Seekers I challenge you to examine any hobby, pleasure, or fun activity and realize theres a dark side to it. Even your favorite thing can turn unbearable. Love and hate exist on the same axis; what you love can quickly become something you hateif you allow it. Its your choice. You must understand this concept: whatever brings you joy has infinite ways of turning into suffering. Recognizing this and balancing your needs and wants will guide your actions. Remember, your actions shape your universe. Slew the Beast One of the last dreams I remember involved slaying a beast. I jumped off a high cliffor maybe it was a buildingholding my favorite kitchen knife. This knife had become dear to me after cutting myself a few times with its sharpness. In the dream, I pounced on the beasts back and sawed through its neck like a butcher carving tough meat. I felt no fear. This dream came after I decided to take control of my dreams. I told myself, The next time I dream, no matter what it is, Im going to take over. Its my dream, and Ill do what I want. It worked. This led to a series of dreams where I was being chased through mazes or puzzles, often guiding a group of people to safety. Their well-being felt like a burden, but as I gained control, I woke up feeling successful. We were always a step ahead of the pursuersometimes a monster, a dragon, or some other beast. This dream control is proof of the minds power. I had been pondering the Christian Bible, questioning whether people were worshipping a beast instead of the true God. My mind ran with this narrative, testing my fears through dreams. Now, I control most of my dreams. Try this exerciseit works. The Dream World and the Spirit World The dream world is thought to be tied to the spirit world. If you can master or even navigate your dreams, it may prepare you for the spirit realm. Dreams bring both wild desires and fears. If youre practicing dream control, treat the good dreams with a bit of disinterestnot avoiding them entirely, but not letting them dominate. Face nightmares or emotionally tough dreams head-on, without fear. When the fear of death creeps into my mind, I remind myself: Were all going to die. Some sooner, some later. Who controls it? I didnt control my arrival here, so I shouldnt expect to control my departure. But waitisnt that a contradiction? Arent we shaping our own reality? Is it our karma or actions that determine it? This question may never be answered. The Ultimate Proof We believe people when they speak of their past lives, but absolute proof would require something extraordinary. Imagine if technology or a human telepath could communicate with a roach, rat, dog, or any other animal. What if the dog said, I was John Henry in a past life. I always wanted to know what it would be like to be Huffy, my beloved dog. When I died, the universe granted me this life. Now I am this dogruff, ruff! That would be scientific proof. But even then, it would take years of documented conversations before it was widely accepted. Yet, evidence already exists. Ancient lamas have traveled to distant villages to retrieve their recently deceased lama, reborn in a new body. These stories are not isolated, and they point to the reality of the spirit world and the multiverse. We must learn to navigate both realitiesand beyond
