My mother allows me to live rent and utility free for home maker services. She is about to retire and her health is not the best and has recovered from cancer surgery. She need help maintaining the house as she became a widow in 2007. My son has lived with me for 3 years 2001-present, i just got him through high school and have began the college enrollement process. Prior to these 3 years my son moved back with me, because he lived with me during my TANF protection years the court ignored during 2008-2015 ish... I moved to hawaii for 2 years, where the courts new I was in hawaii, even sending confirmation they were going to take pay from a hawaii job, but they still placed a warrant for me missing court , when they had knowledge I was in another state, so when I arrived home 2 years later they arrested me in front of my son on easter holiday claiming I had a child support warrant. when i moved back to 1003 mayer dr in florida, after this arrest I had a mentally ill daugetr under my care , but they arrested me causing more stress, my daughter was in and out of the mentally facilty and eventually died and left her grandson in my care. My sister adopted my grandson for finacial support as I was in a bind no , driver license, and constant threat of being arrested by child support for being poor. My sister is a travel nurse so I am responsible for my grandson schooling gettting him to and from, also his track, and extra caricular activities. I am a volunteer coach for jax police athletic league track team where my son competes for his second year. During covid pandemic, we were forced to work from hoem which was an opportunity for me, i got a sales job with comcast and worked fpor two years, my mom, grandson, and sister lived innhawaii at this time, I and my son lived in florida 1003 mayer dr, at this time I paid the mortgage and utilities, child support was garnishing my wages at 10$ / bi-weelkly towards arrearages for an emancepated child when i lost this job and unemployment ran out, they began to witch hunt me again claiming 10$ bi-weekly is not enough, and the hearing officers emotions got envolved and he made up a figure from the top of his head and said 300$/month and he will force me to look for a job every day and i must report to him these job searches. I thought this was a form of forced slavery or rulership. I am tired of the state bullying me as if I am their piece of property or my children are their property and I sign a loan agreement to pay something back and you deserve any intrest on any child support payments allegedly owed.
