In the near future in the city streets either your head was down looking at your phone or you had blue tooth head phones. In this world if you weren't looking at your phone , listening to music with ear buds you were visible and looke weird. You didn't want to seem like an outsider. Everyone had a phone and it was odd to be seen without a phone. On the subway train no one was talking, everyone was texting, or doing something looking down on their phone. It was a erie silence , the sound of the train moving was clear. no one spoke to each other in public. The train bell rang to stop and three girls got of the train. The were headed for school and walked in a singl file line. all clearly engaged in their devices. They wore the typical christina private school uniform. Before class they would sit in front of the school yard on the concrete slab flowers and hedges wee in the base, they would sit side by side looking at their devices. No one was saying a word. The first girl was engaging videos of some sort. and the next gal sitting right beside her was texting a few social buddies and the third gal had put her device inside her lunch pale. she had a sandwhich out eating it slwoly with a board and depressed look. She stare at seemingly this air in front of her. she was different she often daydream she had not interest in the social media shenanagans she wondered why it had to be like this, she was too young to know how the world used to be. before society shifted she probably didnt understand politics and governement and even why do people go to war. The middle girl texted hard she had millions of followers and friends that was the norm, It was a social network society there was no secrets. 5g was the start of it and this little savvy girl maybe too young but she loved history and she knew the history of the cell phone however to young to understand the impact and the difference in society. she was okay with it she loved texting and social media ' she looked over at the thrid girl and noticed she wasn't using her phone. she shrugged it off at first, but anythime a phone is not present it is seemed as odd. but she was too engaged in her group chat a few moments pass and she notice again, and it worried her , she quiet;y sned her a text notification, but no responces everyone kows to have all notificatiosn on duuuhhh...No public speaking and no privacy act was passed she realize her phone not in sight so she not getting message , she shruggsthe third girl with a baffled look. the third girl shook right from her shrugg and wasnt phased and just gazed in thin air. slow chopps at her sandwhich . her friend shrugged her again, whispering : hey wheres your device?" whispering making sure no one saw them speak,, public speaking is illegal.. are you carzy you know they will call you weird and say your hiding somethign, and then they cdome looking in your life.. the third gild pulled her device out slowly like she didnt want to ..the middle girl sent her a text about what she had done. The no privacy act , basicall entails , everyone must carry their device, and must be allowed access to to verify your movements. No public speaking was outlawed,
