Humans could not be a part of war anymore, no humans were to be killed, Instead the androids and robots fought it out, the looser of the war ran out of droids and robots so when a nation or nations fleet of robots and droids and drones are defeated , they have to succeed defeat and obey the terms set forth before the war.
