THOMPSON,** Petitioner, v. **[ALANA CHERISE WATSON, DEPT OF REVENUE, STATE OF FLORIDA Respondent. --- ### **MOTION TO TRANSFER CASE TO CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE FOR FULL REVIEW** **COMES NOW**, the Petitioner, **Demetrius A. Thompson**, and respectfully moves this Honorable Court to transfer the current child support enforcement case from a Title IV-D hearing officer to a Circuit Court Judge for full judicial review. In support of this motion, Petitioner states: 1. Petitioner has filed a **Motion to Disqualify the assigned Hearing Officer** based on demonstrated bias, procedural irregularities, and lack of impartiality. 2. Petitioner has been subjected to enforcement actions, including contempt proceedings, under a **support order that was imposed without adequate consideration of financial evidence**, and that may have stemmed from a **misassigned or improperly merged case file**. 3. Petitioner has filed **formal misconduct complaints** with both the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court Administration and the Office of the State Courts Administrator due to **questionable conduct** by the assigned hearing officer. 4. Petitioner has also filed motions to **compel DNA testing**, **dismiss the contempt charge**, and **modify the support order** based on the **emancipation of the child**, **financial hardship**, and **audit errors** in the arrearage balance. 5. In the interest of justice and to ensure due process, Petitioner requests that all matters relating to this case be heard by a duly elected or appointed **Circuit Court Judge**, in accordance with Florida Family Law Rules and Article V of the Florida Constitution. ### **WHEREFORE**, Petitioner respectfully requests: A. That this case be **transferred immediately to a Circuit Court Judge** for full review and adjudication; B. That all pending motions and filings be addressed by the assigned judge; C.
